In June 2014 Continovation Services Inc. (CSI), provider of the ITRANS suite of services, created Instream, a specialized provider of secure online services for the dental community and insurers.

The Instream management team and technical support resources bring decades of experience providing high-value e-dental services over a national, high speed network at the lowest cost with the highest reliability and security. This same team managed and provided all services to CSI, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDA, the exclusive provider of the ITRANS Claim Service – a secure, online claim service for CDA members. Instream provides the same trusted electronic transmission technology to hygienists and denturists.
Mission
Instream’s primary mission is to eliminate the inefficiencies of current claims submission and payment systems between the dental office and insurers.
